Responsibilities

  • Managing customer queries. Ensure our response is prompt and accurate
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information to the customer by using the right methods and tools
  • Share valuable feedback to the relevant departments to understand our customers better

Requirements

  • Excellent ( written & Spoken ) communication skills
  • Strong understanding of the company’s products and services to address customer questions
  • Patient and pleasant attitude to de-escalate potentially hostile customers
